We want you to love your Loeffler Randall purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Please ensure all original packaging, including dust bags and shoe boxes, are included in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box, then affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
